All packages are sent from our Headquarters in the sunny Sunshine Coast, QLD, through Australia Post. We send all Caps in secure cardboard boxes.
All shipping within Australia is tracked.
We provide free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.
Express Shipping is AUD $5 on all orders within Australia.
For overseas orders, there is the option to have your item tracked at a higher cost - shipping fees vary by country.
We do our best to ensure all order received by 5 pm (AEST) are posted the next business day.
Once we hand the item over to Australia Post, the delivery is out of our hands, but that doesn’t mean we don’t care.
Delivery times from Australia Post vary depending where in the country it needs to be delivered.
For Regular Parcel Post, please allow up to 5 business days.
For Express Shipping, please allow up to 2 business days.
For overseas orders, please allow up to 15 business days.
Customs, Taxes and Duties - International (Outside of Australia)
Imports into any country will usually incur duties. Whatever each country decides to charge for duties is a governmental decision, something we do not have any influence or control over.
FRACTEL takes no responsibility for any additional fees associated with your order. Please check with your customs bureau to avoid any unexpected fees upon the arrival of your order.
