Returns Policy


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

We believe that all our customers deserve the best products available. It is for this reason that we have created our returns policy. If for some reason your products arrive and they are damaged during shipment, or there was a mix-up with the order (Wrong Product) please contact us immediately with as much information as possible (Invoice Number etc) and we’ll get onto reviewing the issue for you.

Wrong size? No worries. If our products don't fit as expected we can offer a full refund. The item will need to be in it's original condition and returned at your expense in it's original box. Once we receive the product, a full refund will be made within 1-2 business days.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase (Date of Invoice), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7 Earls Court, Buderim.  Queensland AU 4557 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
